Previously a Director in CBRE’s MENA valuation team, Cathal has advised banks, developers, funds and corporate asset owners across the region. He now brings that senior perspective to Meithal as an independent adviser.
His career spans CBRE and Knight Frank in the Middle East, JLL in Dublin, and earlier financial services roles with State Street in Dublin and New York and Susquehanna.
Alongside his advisory work, Cathal provides expert witness support in real estate disputes, bringing objective analysis to complex property matters.
